Safe Arrival & Departure Guidelines
At mentora kidz , we understand that arrival and departure are important moments in a child’s day. Our thoughtfully designed process ensures that every child feels safe, settled, and supported during these transitions.
To help children begin their day with comfort and confidence, we encourage:
✔ Timely Arrival
Arriving on time helps children settle into their routine smoothly and participate fully in morning activities.
✔ Quick & Positive Goodbyes
Short, reassuring goodbyes help children feel secure and reduce separation anxiety.
✔ Health Check Awareness
Parents are requested to ensure children are healthy before arrival to maintain a safe environment for all.
✔ Belongings Prepared
Ensure your child carries essentials (water bottle, bag, tiffin box, 2 sets of diapers, hankerchief, 1 table napkin) neatly labeled.
To ensure a safe and secure departure experience, we try to get cooperation from the parents as well:
✔ Authorized Pick-up Only
Children will be handed over only to parents or authorized guardians to assure the safty of child.
✔ Timely Pick-up
Punctual pick-up helps maintain routine and ensures children remain comfortable.
✔ Pick-up Identification
If required, identification may be requested for safety purposes and to handed over the child to parents or authorized guardians.
✔ Clear Communication
Inform the school in advance if there is any change in the pick-up person or timing.
